If you have forgotten your CPowerPulse password, simply select Forgot Password from the upper left panel. Notice that in the right panel a prompt appears asking you to enter your First Name, Last Name and e-mail. Enter this information exactly as you originally registered for the use of this service.
After entering the required information, click the
Submit
button 
. A message box appears, stating that an
e-mail has been generated and sent to your e-mail address with your
login and password information.
Check for this e-mail message from the CPowerPulse system, then continue with your login.
