There are basic setup and configuration steps to review before using the CPowerPulse system, especially if you are a first time user. If your workstation is not properly configured you can experience performance problems using CPowerPulse. The steps below are a guide through the setup requirements for CPowerPulse.
1. Verify that your operating system is Windows 95, 98, NT, or 2000.
2. Verify that your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser is v6.0 service pack 1.
3. Verify your screen resolution requirements.
Your screen resolution should be set greater than 800 x 600 pixels (1024 x 768 preferred), otherwise the resolution for the CPowerPulse system user interface may be too large to fit on most screens.

Note: Logging in from different workstations requires that each PC in use be configured to meet CPowerPulse requirements.
